Agreement
By using this website or booking a service with Rinsely you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.
Quotes and pricing
Prices on this website are starting prices for typical homes. Your final price is confirmed before work begins and may differ based on size, condition, height and access. Quotes are free and valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Scheduling and access
You agree to provide safe access to the areas to be cleaned and to an outdoor water source. We may reschedule for weather or safety reasons. Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.
Payment
Payment is due when the work is complete unless agreed otherwise in writing. A minimum visit charge of $150 applies.
Our work
Services are performed by insured, background-checked professionals using methods suited to each surface. Pre-existing conditions such as loose paint, failing seals, cracked tiles, oxidation or permanent staining may become more visible after cleaning and are not caused by the service.
Satisfaction guarantee
If you are not satisfied, tell us within 48 hours of the service and we will return to address the areas in question at no additional cost.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
