What does Rinsely clean?
House exteriors, roofs, driveways and pavers, windows, gutters, pool decks and patios.
How much does it cost?
House wash $299 (1-story) or $449 (2-story), roof soft wash from $499, driveway $179, pavers or pool deck $199, windows $12 in and out, $7 exterior only, $18 above the 2nd floor, screens $4. Gutter cleaning is by quote. The minimum visit is $150.
Are the prices final?
They are starting prices for typical homes. You get an exact price to approve before work begins.
Are your pros insured and background-checked?
Yes, every pro is insured and background-checked.
What is soft washing?
A low-pressure method that uses cleaning solutions to kill algae and mildew. It is safe for paint, stucco and roofs.
Do I need to be home?
Not for exterior work. We need access to an outdoor spigot and a clear path. For interior windows, yes.
Do you bring your own water?
We use your outdoor water spigot. Water use is modest.
Is it safe for my plants and pets?
We pre-wet and rinse plants and ask that pets stay inside while we work.
What if it rains?
Light rain is usually fine. In heavy weather we reschedule with you.

What is your guarantee?
If something is missed, tell us within 48 hours and we will come back to make it right.
